Three happy young men watching football game and keeping arms raised while sitting on sofaNASCAR is back, and it is easier than ever to watch without paying for overpriced cable TV. In the past becoming a cord cutter meant missing out on NASCAR. Now you can watch every single race without agreeing to a 2-year contract.

The following is our guide to watching NASCAR as a cord cutter.

FOX & NBC

Many of the biggest races every year are 100% free on FOX and NBC. A good antenna will give you these races without the need to pay for anything.

Not sure what antenna you should get for FOX and NBC? Check out AntennaRecommendations.com. Type in your address to see what kind of antenna you will need.

If you can’t get FOX or NBC for free, check out Sling TV, PlayStation Vue, DIRECTV NOW, YouTube TV, or Fubo TV to see if they offer them in your area.

FS1 & NBCSN

Just 2 years ago you would have had no way to watch races on FS1 & NBCSN without cable. Now you have several great options. Here is a quick rundown of a few options to get FS1 and NBCSN.

The Least Expensive Way

Sling TV is by far the cheapest way to access FS1 and NBCSN. For just $25 a month, you can get both of them and over 40 other channels including FOX and NBC local channels in some markets.

Sling TV offers a 7-day free trial allowing you to test it out.

PlayStation Vue

PlayStation Vue also offers FS1 and NBCSN for $30 a month. ($40 a month in some markets.)

PlayStation Vue offers a 5-day free trial to test it out before you pay.

Fubo TV

For $34.99 a month you can get 45+ channels including FS1 and NBCSN.

Fubo TV offers a 7 day free trial.

YouTube TV

If you are fortunate enough to live in one of the markets that offer YouTube TV, you will get your local FOX and NBC station along with FS1 & NBCSN.

YouTube TV offers a 30-day free trial.

DIRECTV NOW

DIRECTV NOW is one more option that also offers local channels, but to get NBCSN you will need to sign up for the $50 a month package.

DIRECTV NOW offers a 7-day free trial.
