Do you love sci-fi? Amazon is hoping you do, because it is now working on three new Amazon Original shows based on sci-fi books.

According to Deadline Amazon Studios is working on three new series based on celebrated science-fi book properties including RingworldLazarus, and Snow Crash.

Snow Crash: The plot follows the story of Hiro Protagonist, a pizza delivery man who also occupies a lofty part of society in the VR world where most people spend a lot of time.

Ringworld: Protagonist Louis Gridley Wu follows some companions in exploration of an artificial world known as Ringworld. MGM will partner with Amazon on the creation of something “epic” in scale for Ringworld.

Lazarus: A comic book series created by Greg Rucka (Jessica Jones) takes place in the near future and focuses on feudal conflicts among 16 families who control the world.

No dates have been set for when Amazon will release these shows. As best that we can tell the shows are still in early production.
