Earlier today we reported that DIRECTV NOW had started the process of adding CBS stations. Now we have confirmed that in some markets CBS is now live on DIRECTV NOW.

Still no official word from AT&T but it looks like by morning most of the CBS owned stations will be live on DIRECTV NOW.

Now just because you may get a email saying CBS is coming it may not in your area. Recently DIRECTV NOW emailed every DIRECTV NOW subscriber saying CBS was coming. Yet they have only confirmed that CBS owned and operated stations will be added at first.

The following are all the CBS stations that CBS currently owns:

  • Alexandria, Minnesota
  • Baltimore
  • Boston
  • Chicago
  • Denver
  • Detroit
  • Fort Worth
  • Los Angeles
  • Miami
  • Minneapolis
  • New York City
  • Philadelphia
  • Pittsburgh
  • San Francisco
  • Stockton, California
  • Walker, Minnesota

We have reached out to AT&T for comment and will update this story when we learn more. The official announcement though likely won’t come until tomorrow.
