For almost 2 months now we have been waiting for DIRECTV NOW to add CBS. Today it looks like they have started to roll out CBS networks across the United States.

A few hours ago CBS started to show up on some DIRECTV NOW subscribers apps. The stream still does not seem to be but it looks like DIRECTV NOW has started to add the back end data for CBS to their guides. That likely means we are a few hours or maybe a day away from CBS going live on DIRECTV NOW.

Update: Looks like some users on Reddit have posted screenshots of CBS in their DIRECTV NOW guide.

Update #2 here is an image of CBS in the DIRECTV NOW guide:

Now just because you may get a saying CBS is coming it may not in your area. Recently DIRECTV NOW emailed every DIRECTV NOW subscriber saying CBS was coming. Yet they have only confirmed that CBS owned and operated stations will be added at first.

The following are all the CBS stations that CBS currently owns:

  • Alexandria, Minnesota
  • Baltimore
  • Boston
  • Chicago
  • Denver
  • Detroit
  • Fort Worth
  • Los Angeles
  • Miami
  • Minneapolis
  • New York City
  • Philadelphia
  • Pittsburgh
  • San Francisco
  • Stockton, California
  • Walker, Minnesota
