Well it seems that Verizon’s Fios Internet service really wants cord cutters to check it out. Fios has several offers that may make cord cutters think about switching over to it.

I always recommend shopping around for Internet. Even if you don’t plan to switch services, knowing what others have to offer will help you get a better deal.

So as always, I am going to do my best to keep you informed of some of the best deals for cord cutters.

Fios is offering 50 up and 50 down Internet for just $39.99 with no annual contract required. This is more than enough speed to be a cord cutter and more than double our recommended minimum speed.

To help out with any early termination fees, Verizon Fios is offering up to a $500 credit. Before you sign up, I would call Fios and ask about the $500 credit.

To make the move even easier, Verizon is offering to waive its set-up fee if you order your new Fios service online.

So if you live in an area where Fios is available, I would highly recommend checking it out. Even if it is just to learn about what options you have.
