First announced back in March 2017, Hulu this week officially opened their new Viewer Experience Headquarters (HQs) in San Antonio, Texas.

Hulu is creating 500 new jobs at this locations: 300 of these jobs will be hired by the end of 2017 with the additional 200 coming in 2018.

It has been reported that the new HQ will be a multifunctional office that will strive to improve the experience of Hulu’s subscribers.

What kind of jobs these will be is unknown, but the hiring of up to 500 new employees could point to a possible new in-house phone and customer support center. We know that starting this month Hulu plans to offer 24/7 customer support both online and by phone, and many think this new HQs will be to service the expanded customer service. (Currently, Hulu phone support is only offered for limited hours.)

So if you need a job and live in the area, or are willing to move, make sure to keep an eye on the Hulu job boards.
