Here Are The Top 10 Free Fire TV Apps as of January 2017

Fire TV 36The Fire TV library of apps has been quickly growing to offer a range of apps giving users access to a ton of 100 percent free content; however, many of the apps are not video apps, so it can be difficult to find good cord cutting apps.

So here are the top 10 free video Fire TV apps as of January 11th 2017. (Note: These are streaming apps only. No games or weather apps included.)

A few honorable mentions are Twitter, PBS Kids,  Plex, Tubi TV, and Twitch.

Biggest Fall

News over all seemed to be down but CBS Sports fell the farthest from 3rd in December to 9th in January.

Biggest Jump

After not being ranked last month ABC is back in the top 10 Fire TV apps and jumped up to #5.

Overall

Overall this may be one of the biggest shakeups since we started these lists. Apps such as PBS Kids and Twitter drop out; however, and for the first time ever the local TV app WWSB TV dropped out of the top 10 Fire TV apps.
