the pale horseThere’s a new Agatha Christie title available on Amazon Prime Video. The two-part drama The Pale Horse starring Rufus Sewell is now available to stream with your Prime subscription.

Based on the Agatha Christie novel of the same name, it follows the story of Mark Easterbrook whose name appears on a list found inside the shoe of a dead woman. He begins an investigation into how and why his name came to appear on the list which leads him to The Pale Horse, the home of three rumored witches.

The series is produced for the BBC by Mammoth Screens/ITV Studios. It’s written by Sarah Phelps who also worked on adaptations of Ordeal by Innocence andThe ABC Murders. It’s directed by Leonora Lonsdale (Beast, Black Dog, Red Dog) and stars Rufus Sewell (The Man In The High Castle, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) and Kaya Scodelario (Crawl, Extremely Wicked And Shockingly Evil And Vile).
