Today, Amazon announced the Fire TV Stick 4K along with a new Alexa Voice Remote. Amazon says this is the “most powerful streaming media stick available” and answers the need for a 4K streaming experience with a small, easy to use device.
With a price of $49.99, the Fire TV Stick 4K will provide a high-quality image and sound experience. This is the first streaming stick to offer Dolby Vision and HDR-10+. As with older generations of the Fire TV Stick, you’ll be able to stream content from all of your favorite streaming services.
With the Alexa Voice Remote, you can tap into the in-app voice control features on apps including Netflix, Hulu, and Showtime.
Amazon Echo users will also find it easy to pair their devices. Use your voice to control your Fire TV with the Echo, by giving Alexa instructions like searching for movies and pausing your show.
