amazon buildingToday Amazon announced a new Amazon Fire TV Edition Smart TV from Toshiba. This will be the very first TV with Dolby Vision HDR built in from Amazon.

Starting today you will be able to buy a 55-inch model fo r$449.99. Later this month you will be able to get a 43-inch for $329.99 and a 50-inch for $379.99 on June 30th. Once again Best Buy will be the exclusive seller of the 2019 Toshiba Fire TV Edition Smart TVs. You will be able to buy them on Amazon again, but Best Buy will handle the shipping.

This likely explains why Amazon cut the price of the current 50″ 4K HDR Fire TV Edition Smart TV to a new all-time low price of $269.99 today. If you want a cheap TV the 2018 50″ 4K HDR Fire TV Edition Smart TV is a great deal.
