Amazon Video has offered 4K UHD movies for sale and as part of their Amazon Prime subscription for some time. Now Amazon is offering movies in 4K/UHD for rent for the first time. You will need a player that supports 4K UHD to take advantage of the UHD picture like the Roku Ultra or the Fire TV.
Yet it wont come cheap as 4K/UHD Rentals start at $7.99 and a crazy high $25.99 sale price to buy a movie in 4K/UHD. Yet you do get amazingly high quiality 4K/UHD image much higher than the standard 4K you will find with Blu Ray discs.
