Roku Ultra with PackagingMany Roku users are finding their Amazon Roku Channel is not working right now, saying when they try to load it the channel crashes back to the Roku Home Page. The good news is there seems to be an easy fix.

First, try to restart your Roku by going into the settings and select the restart option. (Or just unplug it and plug it back in.) If that does not work for you, try to uninstall the Amazon Roku Channel and reinstall it. (That was the fix that worked for us in the office.)

Roku says they are aware of the issue and have reached out to Amazon to work on a possible fix. Hopefully, if you are at work right now this issue will be fixed before you get home and are ready to start watching TV for the evening.

For the future, if you ever have problems with your Roku device, Roku has a troubleshooting guide on their website here that may help. They also have how-to’s and forums for channel issues and questions on the Roku Community site.
