Today Apple is holding an event to announce several new products including new iPhones, iPads, and Macbook Pros. It was reported that we may also hear about a new Apple TV or even new details on the upcoming Apple TV+ streaming service.
Now Apple has officially announced that the Apple Arcade will launch on September 19th, 2019 for just $4.99 a month.
What is Apple Arcade?
This is a subscription service that has been called the Netflix of games. You’ll pay a monthly fee for unlimited playing access to the games included in Apple Arcade. Rather than competing against free games available everywhere, the app is focused on high quality games. At launch, Apple Arcade will have 100 games.
