Both Apple TV+ and HBO Max announced Wednesday new plans to bring more kid friendly content to the streaming services this year.

WarnerMedia unveiled during its upfront that it will be expanding its kid friendly collection to include more content for families, preschoolers, and kids in the 6-11 age group. In total, WarnerMedia will bring over 300 hours of original content and 3,000 hours of premium content to Cartoon Network and HBO Max later this year.

“After 100 years of creating some of the world’s most beloved IP, today we’re at the beginning of our new story, with the history, corporate unity and modern approach to be the industry leader our heritage deserves,” said Tom Ascheim, president of Warner Bros. global kids, young adults and classics.

Along with announcing new content, WarnerMedia shared a new tagline for Cartoon Network, “Redraw Your World,” which is meant to “empower kids to feel comfortable with who they are, embrace their uniqueness and believe in their own ability to impact change.”

Apple TV+ also announced a slate of new kids’ content Wednesday, through an overall deal with Skydance Animation.

The deal includes the animated movies Luck and Spellbound and a two season order for a series called “The Search for WondLa.” With the multi-year deal, more films and series will make their way to Apple TV+ after the first few named in the announcement today.
