Apple TV+ has been feeding us new Ted Lasso teasers in tiny spoonfuls, first with a teaser during the Apple event in April, then in a summer release highlight reel alongside new and returning originals like The Morning Show and The Shrink Next Door. But now the streaming service dropped an official full trailer for the upcoming second season of Ted Lasso starring Golden Globe-winner Jason Sudeikis.
The breakout feel-good comedy has become a huge success for Apple TV+ offering viewers some much-needed comedic relief during the pandemic and now beyond. Season 2 premieres July 23, 2021 on Apple TV+ with new episodes rolling out weekly. The series has already been confirmed for a third season.
Apple TV+ recently announced that it’s cutting its one-year free trial with purchase down to just 90 days, but there’s still time to lock in 365 days of free Apple TV+ streaming if you purchase an eligible device and activate it before the first day of July.
