Today the official Arrested Development Twitter account announced that Netflix will be releasing a 5th season soon and be getting a remix of the 4th season.
“I’m really excited about the final result,” Hurwitz writes. “It’s funny in a whole new way and I believe it creates a really entertaining and hilarious new experience for the ‘viewer.’ And I only call you that because I don’t know how to pronounce your last name.”

So far all we know about season 5 is that it will be released sometime this year. Reports say that the full cast is returning to the show or at least most of the cast. For now, we will have to wait and see what happens.
