If you are no longer able to access your DIRECTV NOW subscription after the DIRECTV NOW app was updated to AT&T TV you are not alone. Right now we are getting widespread reports that the AT&T TV app is down for many DIRECTV NOW subscribers who are trying to access their AT&T TV NOW subscriptions.

Some readers are reporting deleting the app and reinstalling it is working for them but most report that they are still unable to access their subscriptions. Now it is important to remember not all are experiencing this issue but it does seem to be a very widespread issue for DIRECTV NOW subscribers.
It is very possible that the launch of AT&T TV which also uses the same app as the new AT&T TV NOW has caused the issue. Cord Cutters News is reaching out to AT&T for comment and will post an update as soon as we learn more.
