If you are trying to watch AT&T TV NOW and keep getting a blue screen asking you to upgrade, you are not alone. Right now, AT&T TV NOW is down for many subscribers. For now, all you can do is wait for AT&T to address this outage. You do not need to upgrade your package as this seems to be an outage, not AT&T moving channels to new packages.
Update: AT&T is reporting that this issue has been resolved.
Update #2: AT&T sent Cord Cutters News the following statement: “Some customers may have had difficulty streaming their channels earlier this evening. We quickly fixed the problem and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.”
