Today AT&T is launching their new AT&T Watch TV streaming services. This comes with two new AT&T wireless plans AT&T Unlimited &More or AT&T Unlimited &More. What is maybe the big surprise here is if you get AT&T Watch TV from their AT&T Unlimited &More plans you can get FREE HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Amazon Music, or Starz for free. (Yes on the AT&T website they spell it AT&T Unlimited &More.)
Here is how AT&T describes the service:
It’s the new streaming app from AT&T that gives you 30+ channels of live TV, plus access to loads of on-demand movies and shows (15,000 titles, in case you were wondering). One WatchTV account can be added to an AT&T Unlimited &MoreSM or AT&T Unlimited &MoreSM Premium wireless plan for no extra charge. Or if you don’t want an unlimited plan, WatchTV can be purchased by itself for $15 a month.
Now AT&T has not officially announced AT&T Watch TV’s launch today but the website is now live so let’s take a look at what we now know.
Free HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, or Starz
If you sign up for AT&T Watch TV by getting AT&T Unlimited & More you also get to pick one premium service for free. This means you can also get to pick one of the following services HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, or Starz for free.
Free Amazon Music, Pandora Premium, and VRV Subscriptions
According to the AT&T Watch TV website, you will be able to get free Amazon Music, Pandora Premium, and VRV. We are unsure at this time if that is included with AT&T Watch TV or if you also need a new AT&T Unlimited & More plan.
We can confirm that the new AT&T Unlimited & More page talks about the music being added but the AT&T Watch TV’s website also talks about the free music. We will have to wait for the AT&T press release later today to confirm.

At this time there is no support for in-browser streaming or Roku support. Look for that to change soon.
