With this plan, they will be able to get 24/7 support from Best Buys Geek Squad team members and discounts on in-home services and select services for free.
Here is everything that comes with the plan:
- Best Buy’s Geek Squad support in-store, over the phone, online and through Best Buy’s Home app.
- Exclusive discounts on various services, including 20% off select in-home services like installation and setup, some repairs of hardware, and most Geek Squad Protection and AppleCare service plans.
- Internet security software for up to three devices.
- PC Virus Removal
“We all rely on technology more than ever and are constantly looking for that trusted friend to turn to for inspiration, advice, and help. We built Total Tech Support for that very reason,” Trish Walker, president of Best Buy Services, said in a prepared release.
Well, this service may not be for everyone for someone who wants to comfort of knowing someone will be there to help them when they need this maybe something to look into.
There are even some cord cutting options that this plan will give you a discount on. From having a TV mounted on the wall to getting an antenna installed on your home for just $49.99 vs the typical $129.99. You can even get discounts on Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting to help you get the most from your Wi-Fi network.
