The highlight of the TV shows on the channel is probably action crime series Walker, Texas Ranger, which stars Chuck Norris as a martial arts expert who keeps order in the Lone Star state.

CHiPs, a crime drama focusing on two California Highway Patrol officers, is another popular show. There is also La Femme Nikita, an action drama series that stars Peta Wilson as a homeless young woman who attempts to fight terrorists while trying to keep her morals intact.

The weekday schedule typically includes three two-hour-long movies, three episodes of CHiPS, five hours of Walker, Texas Ranger, and four episodes of La Femme Nikita. Weekend viewing typically features back-to-back movies, with Ring of Honor Wrestling thrown in on Sunday night from 12 midnight to 2 am.

CHARGE! features

CHARGE! does not permit users to download movies or shows. Content is available via mobile devices, computers, the Sinclair STIRR app, and local TV providers that are part of the Sinclair network of affiliate channels.

CHARGE! presents its movie selection in a tab featuring big, bold film images. Clicking on a movie title takes users to a movie profile with a synopsis and information about various cast members. The CHARGE! web player provides content in HD quality of up to 720p.

The service’s homepage also features a blog with information about upcoming films, first-look clips, and trailers.

The final cut

CHARGE! is a good resource for anyone looking purely for action and adventure programming. The service offers a daily schedule of live broadcasts between 10 am and 4 am. ET. Weekend and weekday programming is slightly different.

The channel has a content library of 30 movies and 3 core TV shows that rotate on its daily schedule. Its library features classic action shows and films. Top shows on the service include La Femme Nikita and Walker, Texas Ranger. CHARGE! is the place to go for movies staring action greats, including Charles Bronson, Chuck Norris, and John Wayne.

Viewers cannot download movies or shows to take on-the-go or record content — this is a free service after all. While it might not have the most extensive library, CHARGE! is a great option for action and adventure fans. The service also maintains a blog that keeps users on top of the latest movie industry news. And best of all, the service is completely free.
