CES is the yearly Consumer Electronics Show that brings together some of the biggest names in technology. Now, for our third year, Cord Cutters News will be at CES with full coverage of all the announcements being made there. This year we are kicking off our CES 2018 coverage on January 7, 2018.

We are already booked with a long list of great meetings and will make sure to be at many of the key press events including events from TCL and Sony. We will also be at the Hulu Keynote to learn everything new that is coming out from Hulu.

Hopefully you will have some news regarding updated DVR’s. Maybe a four tuner Channel Master DVR+ with built in WiFi, an updated 4 tuner vented Tablo, or a Tivo receiver with a reasonably priced lifetime subscription.

Also, Tivo DVRs that can run via wifi instead of ethernet. I love my Roamios but it is hard to recommend them to antone who does not have etherne throughout their home already or is on a basement where running cables is easy.

You might think about “Ethernet Power line adapters”.

Never hear of them. Thank you for the knowledge:)

Please ask everyone what their plans are for ATSC 3.0. Silicon Dust, Tabio, Channel Master etc. When will we see product?

Also, ask when will the networks and cable channels start transmitting 4K / HDR. Ask the OTT services how quickly they’ll provide 4K/HDR streams of these channels once they’re available. Also ask if there will be any upcharge.

Have a good time in Vegas Luke! Thanks!
