When DIRECTV NOW launched it only had a handful of apps, but now it is slowly adding support.

Now your DIRECTV NOW account will give you access to up to 15 apps. (Depending on what your subscription is.)

The following lists DIRECTV NOW’s supported apps:

  • ABC
  • B2N2GO(Big 10) (I think DIRECTV NOW meant BTN2GO but they have B2N2GO (Big 10) listed)
  • Disney
  • Disney Jr.
  • Disney XD
  • ESPN(WatchESPN)
  • Fox Now
  • Freeform
  • FX Now
  • HBO GO(requires subscription to HBO)
  • MAX GO(requires subscription to Cinemax)
  • NatGeo
  • NBC Golf
  • NBC Sports

Remember: If you have AT&T wireless and do not want DIRECTV NOW streaming to count against your data cap (if you have one) you will need to use the DIRECTV NOW app. Using apps such as WatchESPN or B2N2GO (Big 10 Network) will count against any data usage.

From our testing it seems that these logins will work on all devices. For example, you will be able to use the B2N2GO Roku Channel with your DIRECTV NOW login.

Access to these apps often gives you access to even more on-demand content than you get from DIRECTV NOW. This makes these apps very popular with many cord cutters.

If you want to see what channels are available in what DIRECTV NOW package, check out our full breakdown HERE.
