Earlier today DIRECTV NOW launched a new standalone streaming package called Todo y Mas. The new package is called comes with 90+ channels for $45 a month. Now DIRECTV NOW just announced two Spanish Add-ons starting at $5 and $10 a month that can be added to any DIRECTV NOW packages.
“Want to stay on your current English-language plan but still get Spanish-language entertainment? ¡No hay problema! Simply add on “DIRECTV NOW Español” for $10 a month or “DIRECTV NOW Deportes” for $5 a month to get the best of both worlds.” AT&T said in a statement on their blog.
The $5 DIRECTV NOW Deportes package comes with:
- BeIN Sports en Espanol
- Univision Deportes
- Fox Deportes
- ESPN Deportes
The $10 DIRECTV NOW Espanol:
- Univision
- Discovery Channel en Espanol
- Estrella TV
- Cinelatino
The $45 Todo y Mas package is a dedicated standalone package that comes with 50+ Spanish channels and 40+ English channels.
DIRECTV NOW with this move is taking on Sling TV and fuboTV; two services who have focused heavily on international packages. In a fight for new subscribers, many services are looking to international packages to expand their subscriber base.
