For the third time this week DIRECTV NOW is emailing beta testers to let them know about back-end upgrades that are happening tonight. These grades are likely focused on improving the back-end of DIRECTV NOW DVR in an effort to improve streaming and recording. Outages and other issues are possible during the upgrade.
Here is the email DIRECTV NOW sent out just minutes ago:
Hello Testers,
This afternoon and throughout the evening we will be upgrading a few things. During this time you will still be able to beta test as usual, although you might experience intermittent streaming issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
