One of the main questions we asked is what streaming services our readers subscribe to. According to the survey, we have a bit of a shakeup among the most popular live TV streaming services from a year ago.

According to our Spring 2018 survey, 31.8% of our readers subscribe to DIRECTV NOW compared to Sling TV at 17.3% and PlayStation Vue at 15.9%. This marks a massive shift from our Spring 2017 survey. Looking back at our 2017 survey, Sling TV came in first place at 27.4%, PlayStation Vue was second with 26.6% and DIRECTV NOW was in 3rd place with 24.5%. Now in 2018, there are a lot of new competitors in the space with YouTube TV and Philo in the market.
