Earlier this year Apple launched Apple Business Chat allowing companies to offer support through iMessage. Now DIRECTV NOW has added support allowing you to contact DIRECTV NOW chat support through your iPhone.
From the looks of it of the service, it is the same chat support you get on their website but now through iMessage on your phones. Making it far easier to contact DIRECTV NOW support when needed. To find DIRECTV NOW in iMessage just search for DIRECTV NOW in maps, safari, Siri, or search and tapping on the message bubble that should show up.
