Yesterday AT&T announced two new DIRECTV NOW packages replacing the old DIRECTV NOW packages. Now the new DIRECTV NOW packages are live on DIRECTV NOW’s website and we have the full details:
The new packages will cost $50 a month for the DIRECTV NOW Plus with 40+ channels and $70 a month for DIRECTV NOW MAX with 50+ channels. Current subscribers will be notified of this change starting next week the same day new customers will have to pay this new price. DIRECTV NOW has also adding HBO to the Plus and MAX packages as a standard channel.
Now it is important to know if you already had the old packages you can keep your current package but will see a $10 price hike.
DIRECTV NOW Plus:
- 40+ channels
- ESPN, CNN, Fox News, Disney Jr., TNT, Hallmark Chanel, and Bravo to name a few.
- HBO, HBO Family, and HBO Latino
DIRECTV NOW Max:
- 50+ channels
- Everything Plus has and more
- CBS Sports Network, ESPNews, ESPNU, Fox Sports 2, Golf Channel, and Olympic channels
- DIRECTV NOW Plus will include regional sports channels
- Cinemax
