Recently we reported that DIRECTV NOW had expanded their beta testing to Roku Players and Roku TVs. While there is still no working DVR on Roku, DIRECTV NOW is testing out their new app and user interface.
Today we have a full list of supported Roku devices that will work with the DIRECTV NOW beta.

- Roku Premiere
- Roku Premiere+
- Roku 2 (4210x)
- Roku 3
- Roku 4
- Roku Ultra
- Roku TVs
DIRECTV NOW did say this is subject to change. Some Roku players may be added or removed from this list.

According to the emails going out, the DVR will come later. “The True Cloud DVR is not available for Roku devices yet. We’ll let you know when it’s ready for Roku device testing. In the meantime…” The email goes on to say “…You can stream live channels and on-demand content. You can set recordings from your Roku device, but at this time you can’t view your playlist or playback any recordings on it.”
