Early this morning, Disney+ launched, but just a few hours later, the service is down for many on select devices. Right now, it seems that the Disney+ website is working, but the app on several streaming players is down with “unable to connect” or “we are having a problem please exit the app and try again” errors. Sadly outages happen when a service just launches, and millions of people rush to test it out.
So if you are getting error messages when trying to use Disney+, you are not alone. Hang in there; it should be back online shortly.
