Next year Disney will be launching their new live TV streaming service. At about the same time, they should be getting a majority control of Hulu thanks to their purchase of FOX’s share of Hulu. Now it seems that Disney is hoping a discounted streaming bundle will help attract you to subscribe.

According to Disney’s CEO Bob Iger, during their second quarter 2018 earnings call, Disney is looking at bundling their ESPN+ sports service with Hulu and their new Disney streaming service once it launches in late 2019. You will still be able to subscribe to each individually, but if you bundle them you will get a cheaper price.

Exactly what the deal will be is still unknown. Yet this is an interesting move by Disney to make themselves almost a cable company. With Hulu’s new live TV streaming service plus ESPN sports and Disney’s on-demand service, Disney would have a complete offering for cord cutters.

Would you subscribe to a bundle of Hulu, ESPN+, and the new Disney on-demand streaming service? Leave a comment and let us know what you think of this proposed offer.
