If you’ve been following Hallmark Channel this season, you know that four new Christmas movie premieres have been happening each weekend between Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries as part of the Countdown to Christmas and Miracles of Christmas programming events.
Here’s what’s scheduled to premiere the weekend of December 14 and 15, 2019:
PREMIERING ON HALLMARK CHANNEL:
Saturday, December 14 (8 p.m. ET/PT)
‘HOLIDAY DATE’
Brooke’s boyfriend Ethan breaks up with her just before Christmas so her plans to bring him home with her get shuttered. After meeting Joel, an actor, at a friend’s party, she reluctantly agrees to have him pose as Ethan as he’s eager to experience the holidays in a small town in preparation for a role he’s auditioning for. She’s built up the real Ethan to her family as “Mr. Christmas,” but not long after arriving at her parents’ house she discovers Joel is Jewish. Fully committing to playing the part of Ethan, he enthusiastically participates in all the yuletide festivities. When her family eventually finds out his background, they happily incorporate his Hanukkah traditions into their plans. Christmas and Hanukkah are celebrated side by side as they all learn more about the other’s holiday. But when Brooke and Joel’s relationship ruse comes to light, the two have some explaining to do and also must figure out if they’re ready to admit to the feelings that have developed between them along the way.

‘A CHEERFUL CHRISTMAS’
While doing her job to deliver the most magical Christmas ever to a royal couple, Lauren finds herself falling for their son who soon shares her love of everything Christmas.

‘CHRISTMAS IN MONTANA’
As Christmas approaches, Sara, a Los Angeles-based financial advisor and single mom, is sent to a small town to help save a financially struggling cattle ranch. There, she meets Travis, the handsome owner of the troubled ranch now facing its last Christmas. Before long, Sara’s ambitious efforts to generate revenue clash with Travis’ laid-back business approach. When she unexpectedly starts to fall for small-town life – and for Travis – Sara must find a way to save the ranch without compromising his traditional values and must decide whether she’s going to return to L.A. or spend Christmas in Montana.

‘ANGEL FALLS: A NOVEL HOLIDAY’
Chloe, still upset with Ryan, who took her dream job in New York years ago, is fuming he’s back in Angel Falls consulting at her publishing company. Going to the bookstore to distract herself, she finds Memories of Christmas, left for her by an “angelic” gentleman. Coincidentally, Ryan just rented his parents’ estate to the author, who Chloe would love to sign. But memories of the author’s late husband loom large, and she wants to leave. Someone “angelic” better intervene to keep Ryan from running again, or Chloe, and Angel Falls, will lose out.
