Customers of Frontier Communications, an internet provider in 26 states, are reporting outages. Hotspots for the outages are Dallas, Las Vegas, Anaheim, Tampa, Orlando, Plano, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Chicago, according to Down Detector.
Frontier is aware of the issue and working on a solution, offering responses to customers on Twitter.
“We’re working to resolve the issues as quickly as possible but we do not have an ETA,” one response said.
With the spread of COVID-19 and stay at home orders, fast and reliable internet service is more important than ever for customers who are working and staying entertained at home.
No reason for the outage or ETA for a solution has been offered yet.
