getTV will remember four-time Emmy award winning actress Valerie Harper, who died Friday, by airing a special 2013 episode of Hot in Cleveland, in which Harper guest-starred, on Friday, September 6 at 7:30 pm ET.
Harper was best known for her role as Rhoda Morgenstern on The Mary Tyler Moore Show, who she later played on a spin-off series, Rhoda. Later, the cast of the The Mary Tyler Moore Show came together again in guest appearances, including an episode of Hot in Cleveland.
In the episode “Love is All Around,” Harper is joined by Mary Tyler Moore and Cloris Leachman, along with series regulars Betty White and Georgia Engel, who all co-starred on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. On the episode of Hot in Cleveland, the actresses play former bowling teammates who come back together and rekindle rivalries.
getTV recently added Hot in Cleveland to its lineup. You can watch the series, which also stars Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick, airing weeknights from 6-8 PM ET on getTV.
