Amazon, NBCUniversal, and Peacock are teaming up to help you put all that binge-watching to use. The companies are partnering to donate money to animal shelters based on how much TV viewers watch.

For every hour of entertainment you stream Peacock on Fire TV, Amazon will donate $1 to Greater Good Charities in support of Clear The Shelters, reaching up to $75,000 maximum donation. Presented by Hill’s Pet Nutrition.

Clear The Shelters is NBCUniversal Local’s annual nationwide pet adoption campaign. Every year, NBC and Telemundo-owned and affiliated stations across the country partner with shelters and rescues in their communities to promote pet adoption and fundraising. Since its start in 2015, more than a half million pets have been able to find new homes through Clear The Shelters. Last year alone, the campaign resulted in over 140,000 pet adoptions and included online donations for the first time, raising more than $1.2 million for shelters and rescue services.
