Roku, like many tech companies, offers free tech support by email, live chat, and phone. The only downside is it can be hard to find the correct information, leading many to call the wrong phone number for support.
The good news is we have you covered. Roku’s phone support can be reached for free by calling (816) 272-8106. That is the one and only official Roku tech support phone number. All other numbers listed online are not official Roku phone numbers.
Roku also offers live chat and email support that Roku says will be responded to within 24 hours.

Be very careful of numbers you see listed online. The only true number is the one included above in this post.

One important note. Do not give anyone your user name and password over the phone. Also, Roku will never charge you a yearly fee or a fee to set up your Roku. Anyone trying to tell you that you need to pay to set up a Roku is not from Roku. Also, anyone who tries to sell you a monthly or yearly plan so you can use your Roku is not real Roku tech support.
