Have you been struggling to log into DIRECTV NOW on your laptop or desktop PC only to be sent to an error page that says Not Found? You are not alone as a growing number of readers have been complaining about this error. The good news is there are a few options to get around this error.
The error seems to be coming from having an outdated cookie saved from a past login. One option is to clear the cache and cookies in your browser. (Or search for the ones from DIRECTV NOW.) The other may be an easier option is to open a private browsing tab on Chrome or Firefox and login into DIRECTV NOW through there. That should get you past the error.
The last option is to just wait for AT&T to address the issue. For now, though we don’t know when that will happen as best we can tell AT&T has yet to even comment on the issue.
