The road to the 2022 FIFA World Cup continues with 8 teams looking to lock in their sport during the third round of CONCACAF matches. Each team has 3 matches left to play with the last bout taking place on Wednesday, March 30. The marquee matchup this round will be a showdown between the USA and Mexico at Estadio Azteach, which is a place the US has never won a World Cup qualifying match at.
The top 3 teams will receive an automatic berth to compete in Qatar for a chance to win the World Cup tournament. The fourth-place team will still have a shot to secure their sport at the World Cup, but they’ll have to win a play-in match against the winner from Oceana.
