ABC will be home to tonight’s national game with a rematch of the 2020 NBA Finals tipping off at 8:30 p.m. ET when the 12-17 Heat face the 22-8 Lakers. LeBron James and the Lakers were victorious when these teams played in the postseason last year and are the favorites for tonight’s game. The Heat will be without Goran Dragic and will need a big game from Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Tyler Herro if they want to escape LA with a win.

A game that will garner the interest of NBA fans will be Steph Curry returning home. The 16-14 Warriors play the 13-15 Hornets in the Spectrum Center at 8:00 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Bay Area and Fox Sports Southeast. The Warriors are coming off a loss against the 124-120 loss against the Orlando Magic. The Hornets haven’t played a game since Sunday because of the NBA’s COVID-19 protocols and it will be interesting to see if they will come out swinging tonight. Both teams are currently ranked 8th in their respective conferences and will need a win to stay in the playoff mix.
