ESPN will be home to a tough NL West game between 2 division rivals tonight. Currently sitting in second place, the 44-27 Dodgers will travel to Petco Park to take on the third-place 42-32 Padres. Historic franchises meet in Los Angeles when the Dodgers host the Cubs on MLB Network. The Cubs are sitting at the top of the NL Central with a 40-32 record and have swept the Dodgers 3-0 so far. The greatest rivalry in baseball will be the first nationally televised game on Sunday as the Yankees-Red Sox will be on TBS. Boston leads the season series 3-0 but the Yankees have a chance to comeback as they’re playing a 19-game series. Yankees pitcher Gerrit Cole is expected to pitch and it will be worth watching his performance due to his comments on MLB’s ban of foreign substances like Spider Tack.
