Week 3 of the 2021-22 NBA Regular Season tip-offs tonight with a full-court press lineup of 12 nationally televised games. The titans of the NBA are starting to fall after an exciting Week 2, the defending Western and Eastern Conference champions, Phoenix Suns and Milwaukee Bucks, respectively, would be in the Play-In if the season ended today.

NBA TV will be the home of tonight’s doubleheader. An Atlantic Division battle will tip-off the early game when the 4-3 Raptors travel to Madison Square Garden to take on the 5-1 Knicks. New York fans have turned Bing Bong into their rallying cry as the team is in a 4-way tie for the best record in the Eastern Conference. Guards Kemba Walker and Derrick Rose look to keep the momentum going against Canada’s finest team.

Paul George and the 1-4 Clippers will welcome the 1-5 Thunder to Staples Center for the late game. The Thunder are a young team and have been using the picks they received in the Paul George trade to develop key players for the franchise’s future. Their sole win was against the Lakers, but beating the Clippers would be a huge victory for former LA first-rounder Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.

The NBA on TNT makes its return for Week 3. Luka Doncic and the Mavericks welcome Jimmy Butler and the Heat to Texas. The Heat have been on fire and look to slow down any offensive stampede by Luka and the Mavs.

The late-game will take place in the desert when the Suns host the Pelicans. Both of these teams have been struggling since the start of the season, but the Pelicans are in desperate need of a win. The Big Easy has been without franchise centerpiece and superstar Zion Williamson all season due to off-season foot surgery, and enter the third week of the season, 1-6.

The NBA returns to ESPN for an exciting Week 3 doubleheader. In the early game, Trae Young and the Hawks take on Kevin Durant, James Harden, and the Nets. The stars are sure to be out at the Barclays Center as Trae Young looks to lead his team to a huge win in the Big Apple.

Steph Curry will play his hometown team when the Warriors host Lamelo Ball and the Hornets in the late game. The Hornets have been one of the most exciting teams in the NBA led by Ball and early Most Improved Player favorite Miles Bridges. The MB duo will have to pull out all of their offensive moves to match Steph Curry and a high-scoring Warriors offense.

NBA TV will be the home of Thursday night’s doubleheader. Jimmy Butler and the 6-1 Heat will take on their Eastern Conference rivals, the 3-5 Boston Celtics. These two teams have a storied history that dates back to the “Heat Culture” team president Pat Riley established.

The late game is a Western Conference matchup. The 1-6 Rockets will blast off to Phoenix to take on the defending Western Conference champions. Suns PG Chris Paul will be taking on his former team after leaving Space City in 2019. The Rockets are a young team and a win in Phoenix will be a big morale boost as the season progresses.

A big-time Eastern Conference matchup will tip-off the first game on ESPN. Bing Bong time, when the 5-3 Knicks attempt to defeat the defending NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks. At 4-4, the Bucks haven’t been playing up to their reputation, so far, but 2-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo will be looking to return to form under the national spotlight.

Steph Curry will be under the national spotlight for the second time this week when the 6-1 Warriors host the 1-8 Pelicans. Pelicans PG Devonte Graham will be looking to have an explosive game against Curry in an effort to turn NOLA’s season around.

A defensive struggle may break out when the Heat host the Jazz on NBA TV. Some of the NBA’s best defensive players will be in action including Bam Adebayo, Rudy Gobert, and Jimmy Butler in what will likely be a close contest.

LeBron James and the Lakers haven’t lived up to their lofty expectation lately. They will travel to Portland to take on the Trail Blazers in the late game on NBA TV. Entering the week, both teams aren’t in form yet but all eyes will be on the Russell Westbrook-Damian Lillard matchup.
