Later today, on Sunday, December 8th, at 7 PM Eastern the 2019 Miss Universe Pageant will get underway. The good news is for cord cutters you don’t have to pay for cable TV to watch it. The pageant will air on FOX in English and Telemundo in Spanish. The good news is you have many options to watch the event on your Roku, Fire TV, Appel TV, and more.
How to watch FOX and Telemundo on Roku, Fire TV, and Apple TV:
Hulu starts at $44.99 and includes FOX in most areas. (If you already have Hulu On-Demand, you can add Hulu Live TV for just $32. Hurry though as son the price is going up to $54.99 a month.)
fuboTV starts at $44.99 a month and includes a free 7-day trial along with FOX in most areas.
AT&T TV NOW starts at $65 a month, and you can also get a 7-day free trial to test out the service before you pay. If you want Telemundo, this is the only streaming service to offer the channel right now.
YouTube TV costs $49.99 a month and offers a 7-day free trial with FOX in most areas.
Antennas
The best way for most Americans to access FOX and Telemundo is to get an antenna. Somewhere between 80% and 90% of Americans will get FOX for free with an antenna. An antenna really is a must-have for every cord cutter to at least look into. Not only will you get ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC in many markets, but you will also find many more channels for free. Channels such as the CW, iON, Me TV, and many others are all free over the air for many Americans. From there you can use a device like a Tablo DVR to stream your antenna to your Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV.

But sadly, many Americans live in an area that cannot get FOX. While the new over-the-air 3.0 standard is said to offer better reception for over-the-air TV, we are still a few years away from 3.0. But at least you do have other options.
