Super Bowl Sunday, the day where legacies are born and narratives begin and end. After a season that was like no other, we’ve finally reached the season finale of the 2020-21 NFL Season. A champion will be crowned and will live forever in the annals of history. Live from Raymond James Stadium, NFC Champions No. 7 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (14-5) will be the first team to play a Super Bowl in their home stadium against the AFC Champions No.1 Kansas City Chiefs (16-2).

The Big Game will be a Week 12 rematch, where the Bucs lost to the Chiefs in this same stadium by a score of 27-24. There will be a lot more at stake during this game as the Chiefs look to join 7 other franchises as back-to-back Super Bowl champions. The last team to win back-to-back Super Bowls was the 2003-04 New England Patriots, who were quarterbacked by Buccaneers QB Tom Brady. Brady will be looking to cap off his legacy with a 7th Vince Lombardi Trophy.

CBS will be broadcasting every moment of the biggest on television, from the National Anthem performed by Grammy-nominated artists Eric Church and Jazmine Sullivan, to the halftime show performance by Grammy-winner The Weeknd, and all of the commercials in between.

There will be 25,000 fans in attendance, including 7,500 vaccinated healthcare workers who were personally invited by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. There will also be 35,000 cardboard cutouts in the stands to help fill out the stadium. Cord cutters can find out how to watch all of Super Bowl LV below.

Our prediction: The G.O.A.T. will walk out of Tampa with another Super Bowl victory.

When these two teams met in Week 12, the Chiefs only won by 3-points; however, the game wasn’t as close as the score suggested. At the end of the 3rd quarter of that game, Kansas City was up 27-10 and the Bucs last 14 points came in garbage time. Going into the Super Bowl, the Chiefs are decimated on their offensive line, and the Bucs’ defense has elevated their play throughout the postseason. The Bucs’ defense has carried them this far, and they will have to prevent this game from turning into a shootout if they want to have any chance at winning. If this game does turn into a shootout, which I think it will, then the Chiefs are winning back-to-back titles. Based on their play this season, it is a lot easier to bet against Tom Brady than it is Patrick Mahomes. Both of these QBs have been dubbed as “the Greatest of All-Time,” and on Sunday, Mahomes proves why he will be the undisputed G.O.A.T after Kansas City pulls off a 12+ point victory to conclude the 2020-21 NFL Season.
