UFC Fight Night: Costa vs. Vettori will be a stacked card featuring 14 fights inside of the Octagon. #2-ranked Middleweight Paulo “Borrachinha” Costa will challenge #5-ranked Middleweight Marvin “The Italian Dream” Vettori in the main event. Hailing from Minas Gerais, Brazil, Costa has 11 career wins by knockout and will be looking to add another one to his record against Trentino, Italy’s own Vettori.
Middleweight champion Israel Adesanya handed both fighters their last loss during PPV main events. Costa is making his Fight Night debut after suffering his first career UFC loss at UFC 253. Before Adesanya defeated Vettori at UFC 263, the Italian Dream was on a 5-fight win streak. Whoever has their hand raised in victory at the end of Fight Night will be one or two fights away from another title shot
