Hulu Is Holding a Q&A on Reddit Today

Do you have a question for the team behind Hulu? Today at 2:30 PM Eastern you can ask that question!

Hulu’s Head of Experience, Ben Smith, will be holding an AMA on Reddit’s /r/CordCutters to answer your questions about Hulu. For two hours you will get an opportunity to ask questions of the Hulu team.

The following is a quick bio for Ben Smith:

Ben Smith is senior vice president, head of experience at Hulu. He is responsible for the end-to-end viewer experience and customer journey on Hulu—from product design to customer service. Ben’s passion is making it as easy as possible for all people to enjoy the content they love, and he has been at the leading edge of reimagining the home entertainment experience for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Hulu, Ben headed product management at Sonos, where he led the global expansion of music services and its evolution of the home music experience. As a partner at Microsoft, Ben led product design for Xbox for nearly a decade, broadening the gaming experience with Kinect, pioneering streaming video and living room UI on Xbox 360, and designing the TV and video experience for Xbox One. Ben and the teams he led at Xbox were awarded an Emmy® for Innovation in Entertainment Devices in 2014. Before starting his career, Ben served as a Peace Corps Volunteer after graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Just checked the AMA. They said it’s on their radar, but probably not before the end of the year.
