Hulu announced today the launch of a new annual plan for current ad-supported subscribers. The new plan offers 12 months of an ad-supported subscription for the price of just 10 months.

Starting today, all current customers of Hulu’s $5.99/month ad-supported plan will have the option to get a full one-year subscription to Hulu for only $59.99 through a new, annual subscription plan.

With a Hulu ad-supported plan, viewers will have access to Hulu’s extensive on-demand library of TV shows and movies, including Hulu originals like The Act and The Handmaid’s Tale, alongside content from other networks including classic shows ER and Full House and new series like Empire and Atlanta. With the new annual plan, subscribers will see a 17% savings over the cost of a standard monthly plan.

The new plan is available only for existing subscribers on Hulu’s ad-supported plan, but the option for the new plan will roll out to new ad-supported subscribers later this year.
