In this weeks Q1 earnings call, Disney announced that Hulu has reached 39.4 million subscribers as of January 2, 2021. That number combines both Hulu and Hulu with Live TV subscribers. The on demand version of the service accounts for 35.4 million of those subscribers, with Hulu with Live bringing in 4 million, down 100,000 from when subscriber numbers were reported for the previous quarter.

Disney reported that Hulu had 38.8 million subscribers just a month earlier when the company shared subscriber numbers during its Investor Day Event.

While the numbers reported for Hulu with Live today were down from last quarter, they were enough to keep Hulu with Live in the top spot when it comes to live TV streaming services. YouTube’s most recent subscriber count was 3 million, reported in Q3. Sling TV is in the third place spot, reporting 2.46 million subscribers in Q3.
