In Disney’s earnings report today, the company shared subscriber numbers for each of its streaming services, including both Hulu and Hulu with Live TV. While Hulu added subscribers and reached a total of 39.1 million subscribers by the end of the quarter, Hulu with Live TV dropped 100,00 subscribers and ended the quarter with 3.7 million, down from 3.8 million in the previous quarter.

That number keeps Hulu in the top spot when it comes to live TV streaming service subscriber numbers. YouTube last shared numbers for YouTube TV in Q3 2020 when the subscriber count was 3 million. Sling TV released its numbers on August 9, with the service coming in at 2.44 million subscribers.

The company is likely hoping to increase its numbers by pulling in sports fans this fall, thanks to the recent addition of NFL Network and the launch of a sports add-on package that includes NFL RedZone.

“With the launch of NFL Network and our new Sports Add-on, Hulu + Live TV continues to be the ultimate destination for sports fans to watch thousands of hours of live and on-demand sports programming,” Reagan Feeney, SVP, Live TV Content Programming & Partnerships at Hulu said in the announcement of the launch of the new channels.
