Recently, Hulu raised the cost of their Live TV service, bringing it to $44.99/month. With a subscription to Hulu with Live TV, you’ll get the following channels (those not available with DIRECTV NOW Plus in bold):

DIRECTV NOW Plus
DIRECTV NOW Plus will cost you $50/month for 47 channels. (Previously, plans started at $40/month for 65+ channels.) AT&T has announced that they plan to add some Viacom channels sometime this month. We will update this post when they are added.
