KlowdTV Has New Pricing and a Streaming Player

KlowdTV is a live TV streaming service that brings many different streaming services into one single package. With KlowdTV, you get access to OAN, AWE, NewsmaxTV, The Blaze, RT, QVC, FNTSY Sports Network, and more. In total you get 75 channels (including music channels).

Here is how KlowdTV describes their service:

Mainly available in the US. Get the latest national and international news coverage from One America News Network, Newsmax and the Blaze, entertaining movies from Sony Movie Channel, seafaring sports and lifestyle programs on the Nautical channel, and the best in shopping on QVC and QVC Plus.

Now KlowdTV has a few new options for subscribers. First, you can now get a yearly package. In the past the service started at $7.99 a month. Now you can save and subscribe to a yearly package for $94.99. While it may be nice to pay upfront, you will only be saving about a $1.

The other news is that KlowdTV now has an official Android-powered streaming box called KlowdTV Box. This is an Android-powered box like many you have seen on Amazon, but this one comes preloaded with KlowdTV.

The box is not cheap. Starting at $165.00, the box comes with power supply cable, one KlowdTV Box remote controller, one wireless keyboard controller with rechargeable battery, an HDMI cable.

If you buy a KlowdTV Box, you will also get a one-time discount of $75 toward a KlowdTV subscription.

KlowdTV currently supports Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, Fire TV, iOS, and Android.

Cord Cutters News has a review unit on its way to test out the device and offer a full review.

Why would you pay for this, when Pluto TV, which has a lot of the same channels is free.

This looks like the bottom of the barrel for cord cutters. No wonder I still have cable and Direct TV(not for long).

I would never do business with a company who views their customers as stupid. Their pricing plan of $7.99/month or $94.99/year says exactly that. I would save a whopping 89 cents by giving them my money in advance. I don’t think so.

Except it is $8/month, not free! In New Soviet Russia, channels program you! What a time to be alive.

$165 for the box and a year of their service (which, let’s be honest, looks like a terrible value at $8/mo). If anyone is contemplating this, spend the extra $15 and get the Nvidia Shield TV; you will have a much better experience. If you must have one of the channels in their service, you can install the app on the Shield https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.klowdtv.activity .
